Compassionate Side Hustle Strategy Podcast with Rochelle Sanchez
Welcome to the show!
My intention is to help you infuse more compassion into your business, whether it's having more compassion for yourself as the CEO or for your intended customers and the journey they're going through.
This podcast is created for and dedicated to owners of (very) small businesses who are struggling with the online marketing and back end processes of building a brand that supports the communities you care about.
Having played the role of "tech fairy," "project manager," and "unicorn VA" for many small businesses in the past, I've found that setting revenue or profit goals can be overwhelming for early-stage solopreneurs.
So instead, I focus on providing education and coaching that will help you reach the milestone of hiring your first long-term administrative virtual assistant.
